WHAT IS THE LEAN & MEAN CHALLENGE?

An 8-week journey where carbs are our allies and every workout brings us closer to our transformation. We will be using a carb flow diet to help shred fat off your body faster than ever before.

Whether it be packing some extra muscle, focusing on getting lean or getting yourself into shape for summer adventure, we have the training match it all.

HUNTER MCINTYRE

10 World Titles and 6 World Records are just some of the collection of medals Hunter has won over the years. He has also been featured on Sports Illustrated Top 50 fittest athletes. His credentials for fitness and racing cover the last 13 years. He's helped transform 1,000's of athletes from average joes, to top contenders. Hunter has been to the top of the mountain and he wants to help you reach your dreams too.

PARKER GREGORY

Husband, father, triathlete, coach and trainer for over 10 years. Our programs are specially designed with you in mind! I want to help you hit your goals and realize YOUR potential- not someone else’s. Everyone has a different starting line, and we need to focus on yours.

WHAT IS THE COACHING EXPERIENCE LIKE?

  • Your head coach Hunter McIntyre will be there with you every step of the way! 
  • Your assistant coach Parker Gregory (Men’s Health cover model superstar) will be there to assist along the way too!
  • Daily communication will happen In our private facebook group. You can ask any question, we will be here with all the answers.
  • THERE WILL BE TWO ZOOM CALLS. One will be on week one to get you started. This will explain all of the material and how it works. The second call will be at the start of month two to prime your last few weeks of training. 
  • During the last week you will submit photos if you are competing for prizes :)

This program is perfect for someone looking to transform and rebuild their body into the best physique yet.

High rep, high intensity for a body-building program.

The focus is on creating a stronger and more athletically conditioned body.

5 days of weekly training and 60-90 minutes per session.

OR

Athletic Training Performance Package:

This program is for off-season athletes looking to increase strength.

Build strength and boost athletic performance at the same time.

Its 3 to 4 days of training/per week in the gym. Extra conditioning workouts will be available.
