The 30 Hardest Workouts Guide is a select few of the hardest workouts I used preparing for contest in the past years of training. All the weights are suggested but that can be increased or decreased based on your goals as an athlete. If you are going to do these workouts they are meant to be finished as hard and fast as possible, they are all fitness tests in my training.
