Hybrid Athlete Test - Pure Impact Athletics
Do you wish to perform well at your next Hybrid race!? Do you wish to improve your overall fitness but not sure where to start!? Do you wish to conquer your foes!?
Then come seize the day by attending this newly inventive hybrid performance test designed by the one and only, 3x Hyrox World Champion... Hunter McIntyre.
This performance test is specifically designed to incorporate proper muscle recruitment that would be challenged at your next hybrid race. Not just muscular, but also aerobically.
The test is as follows:
A) 30 Minute Max Distance Run
B) 30 Minutes to find your 3 Rep Max Bench Press & Deadlift
C) 20 Minutes ERG Power Output (Rower or Skierg)
D) High Rep Capacity Test consisting of
2 Minutes of Max Pull-ups/5 Minutes of Bar Facing Burpees/100 Wall Balls For Time
*Each participant will receive a free training guide from the HAOS team based off how you score on the test to help improve on any weaknesses and/or hone any strengths.
