Refund policy

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled across different HAOS offerings.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Subscription Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY
- All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
- No refunds are guaranteed except where required by applicable law.
- Services may be deemed to begin immediately upon purchase or upon access to any digital content, onboarding materials, or coaching systems.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products (including programs, guides, and downloadable content):
- Are non-refundable once accessed or delivered
- Cannot be returned due to their digital nature
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS
For subscription services:
- No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods
- No refunds for unused time
- Cancellation must follow the Subscription Policy
4. COACHING SERVICES
One-on-one coaching services are governed by a separate Coaching Agreement.
As outlined in that agreement:
- Fees are generally non-refundable once services begin

- Missed sessions
- Inactivity
- Partial use
- Early withdrawal
5. EXCEPTIONS
- Refund exceptions, if any, are made at HAOS’s sole discretion.
- Any exception granted does not establish a precedent or obligation for future refunds.
6. CHARGEBACKS
Clients agree to contact HAOS before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
7. LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

HAOS reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, misuse of Services, or fraudulent activity.
