Cancellation policy

When you purchase a subscription you will be charged the same price on a date based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of your active subscriptions.
You may cancel your subscription by:
- Submitting a request to: info.haostraining@gmail.com
- Using your account settings (if available)
Cancellation Requirements:
- Must be submitted at least thirty (30) days before your next billing date
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Cancellation requests are not retroactive and will not apply to prior billing periods.
- To cancel your HAOS Training Membership you must file a cancellation request form at www.haostraining.com/pages/cancel 30 days prior to active cancellation.
- For those who sign up with the 14-day trial membership, please note you will be charged on the 15th day following your sign up for an auto-renew month-to-month subscription. If you do not wish to be charged for your membership following the trial, you MUST submit a cancellation form before the 14-day trial has expired.
- Nothing in this policy limits any rights that may be required under applicable law.
