ABOUT COACH HUNTER McINTYRE

Before winning 9 world titles, 5 national titles, and setting 3 world records, Hunter McIntyre began his fitness career as a personal trainer in 2010. Since then, he has amassed 7 training certifications and 100s of books read on sports nutrition and the world's best training methods. Known to his peers as the most educated athlete in OCR, Hunter's special training methods cannot be questioned with the results he has earned throughout his illustrious career as a professional athlete.

ABOUT COACH AARON BRAUN

Aaron Braun has been a strength and conditioning enthusiast for over eight years. Aaron has a journey of overcoming a state of poor health and borderline obesity stemming from his teens and into his early 20s. After taking steps to organize his life on track, Aaron began practicing Mixed Martial Arts, where he discovered his passions in sport-specific strength and conditioning. Aaron has worked with a whole host of strength and conditioning programs and has since applied his background, passions, and experiences to help others exceed their own athletic potential
