HYROX RUN is a hybrid running program that will take you to the next level. The biggest factor of your race time will be running. To get the best performances you need the right plan that will get your faster and stronger for your next race!

WHO IS THIS FOR?
If you have trouble holding a pace between stations and or can’t get the speed you are looking for, HYROX run will teach you the skills necessary to take your races to the next level.
TIME COMMITMENT & FREQUENCY
1 daily session. 6x per week. 45-90 min per session. Sometimes up to 2 hours total if we are doing 2-sessions per day.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL
Any. However, many advanced movements are required. Scaled to your fitness capabilities.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Free weights, machines, pull-up bar, plyo boxes, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and trail access. Substitution options are available.
