If you are new to sport and training then HYROX INTRO ATHLETE is the program for you. This is our minimal equipment, limited time plan. These workouts are short but effective in getting you in the best shape possible.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
Someone with minimal equipment, or limited on time. Great fit for a busy lifestyle.
TIME COMMITMENT & FREQUENCY
30 min per day. 5-6x per week.
Beginner to Intermediate. Scaled to your fitness level.
A bench (preferably adjustable, but not required), a set of dumbbells (adjustable weights preferred i.e. bower block dumbbells) and 1 pair of sneakers.

How does HAOS Training work?
HAOS designs workouts in 4 different program models: Pro, Look Good Naked, OCR, and the Intro Athlete. Tap 'Workout Programs' at the top of the page for a detailed description. Hunter and our team will upload workouts on the app, Wodify, every week. Our programs are designed with a structure of progressive overload and periodization. HAOS also offers one-on-one coaching to focus on your specific needs and goals!
Do you offer 1:1 coaching if I need something more customizable?

What if I need help learning how to do a lift?
Ask our team! Our coaches are eagerly awaiting to assist you by providing you with a thorough analysis of how to perform a certain workout or movement, and are even happy to provide instructional videos!
