WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
Anyone who wants to improve their running and times for hyrox or obstacle course racing. If your running is holding you back, this program will change that.
TIME COMMITMENT & FREQUENCY
1 daily session, 6x per week. 45-90 min per session. Some sessions will be 2hrs if training 2x/day.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL
All levels, scalable to you. Some advanced movements required.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Free weights, machines, pull-up bar, plyo boxes, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and trail access. (Substitution options are available).
