Intro Athlete is an amazing program we've designed for those who have limited equipment or have a fast-paced schedule. These workouts are efficient and effective and you will be done in 30 minutes or less.

This is a dumbbell, bench and bodyweight program. This program will also include general resistance training, and metabolic conditioning and even will have some running involved.

  • Who is this for?

    Someone without access to traditional gym equipment, limited equipment at home, or if you are limited on time. A great one for parents with a fast paced life!

  • Time Commitment and Frequency

    Time: 30 minutes per day.

    How Frequent: 1 session per day, 5-6x per week on average.

  • Equipment Needed + Experience Level

    Equipment: A bench (preferable adjustable but not required), set of dumbbells, Start with 1 pair and as you progress look into adjustable weights like a bower block dumbbells, and 1 pair of sneakers.

    Experience Level: Beginner to Intermediate. Scaled to your fitness level.
