HAOS was designed to provide a high a quality training experience, allowing you to move from one program to the next, to become the best version of yourself. How do you know which program is best suited for you? Allow us to explain how to HAOS.

INTRO ATHLETE

Are you new to HYROX or just starting out in your fitness journey? We suggest starting with Intro Athlete. With this program, you'll get a serious taste of what fitness racing entails, a better understanding of our program, and the chance to tackle base movements to prepare you for more advanced training. After being with Into Athlete for 30 days, you can move onto either Strength, Run, or Pro depending on your needs.

HYROX STRENGTH

If clearly one of the biggest deficits in your performance is strength, we have you covered. Our HYROX STRENGTH program is designed to get you to the finish line as the strongest version of yourself. Focusing on 3-4 lift sessions a week, with minimal running, we dial in your training to make your strength a skill. Don't forget... biceps win races.

HYROX RUNNING

It's no secret that running is almost 80% of every fitness race. It is more of a skill than it is a sweaty workout. If you have mastered your strength block and are ready to take on more conditioning, choose HYROX RUN. In this program, we will teach you how to run, how much to run, and when to run, so you are your best on race day.

HYROX PRO

If you feel as though you have mastered our strength and run programs, or are ready to be at the top of the podium, choose HYROX PRO. This program features an advanced protocol of hybrid training, with an equal amount of strength and conditioning, and multiple sessions per day. HYROX PRO is specifically made for athletes who want to be at the highest level of their Age Group or Elite waves.

FOCUS IS KEY.

How long should you be using each of our HYROX based training programs? We suggest sticking with each of our training programs for 8-12 weeks before moving forward. If you start a program in the middle of our cycle, not to worry - continue working on your current program for a minimum of 8 weeks, until you feel confident to move to the next.
