How long should you be using each of our HYROX based training programs?
FOCUS IS KEY
We suggest sticking with each of our training programs for 8-12 weeks before moving forward. If you start a program in the middle of our cycle, not to worry - continue working on your current program for a minimum of 8 weeks, until you feel confident to move to the next.
