SPORTS PERFORMANCE
This is the perfect athlete combo- STRENGTH and POWER, two of the most important focus points in building a better athlete. This program includes 3 days dedicated to specific muscle groups and 3 days of explosive power drills, strategically placed to allow you to build, grow, and recover week after week.
SUMMER SUPERSET
Fast-paced, big pump-style workouts. The goal of this package is to tackle each day with intensity and focus. By using supersets we teach the body to build strength and endurance with high repetition. This program is fast paced, short rest, and guaranteed to give you a sweaty pumped up workout.
HEAVY DUTY TRAINING
This has been Hunter's secret off-season program for the last two seasons. This plan is not for the faint of heart. The workouts last 20-25 minutes at a maximum intensity pace. We use heavy weight lifting to get world class results. There are two days of lifting, but you must give it your everything to get the results you want.
